Dependable dog walking, in-home sitting, in-home overnight sitting, drop-in visits, baths, basic grooming, pill and injection administration, plant care, mail care, and home security management. We are glad to accommodate any special requests.

We have registered nurses, vet techs, and veteran pet sitters on our team who are comfortable with and capable of administering medications, bottle-feeding, and any other special needs service required.

Our passionate pet team focuses on dog care but is committed to caring for traditional pets such as cats, fish, birds, reptiles, and small pets such as guinea pigs or hamsters in conjunction with our dog care packages. Should you have concerns or special needs, do not hesitate to ask. We will do our best to accommodate.

The primary benefit for you is the peace of mind that your pets are safe and comfortable in your home while you are away combined with cost-savings. We maintain your pet’s daily routine, including its training and medication regimens. Pets can stay in the comfort of their own home, in their own beds, and relaxing environment. Pets are home when you arrive back, cutting down on your transitional duties. No need to worry about dropping off or picking up your pets while working around kennel hours.

Our homecare advantage is included in our prices, giving you peace of mind that your home is also cared for. We will bring in your mail and packages left at your house, rotate lights, curtains, and/or blinds, manage your home security system, and adjust your thermostat as needed.

We provide pet sitting services in the Birmingham, AL, metro area, primarily in the north Shelby and southern Jefferson county region.

One of our core values is supplying flexible solutions for our busy professionals who own pets. Most of our initial clients came from non-accommodating clinics, and we find this is one of the things that differentiates our care. While we would prefer to have sufficient notice for planning purposes and to ensure adequate staffing, we are happy to accommodate last-minute requests. And generally, there is no extra charge for last-minute requests.

Most of our clients value frugality, so we seek to offer competitive rates based on our promise to provide stellar quality services at a great value. All of our rates are transparently posted on our services page. We offered a dedicated and dependable solution that offers continuity in care that our clients value.

Based on your pets’ needs, we will develop a schedule of visits that best suits your requests. Then, we will prepare an estimate for service before services are rendered, or enroll in a subscription plan, for it is a regular recurring arrangement. If traveling, a deposit of 1/3 of the estimate is requested for traditional sitting services, and flexibility is offered for recurring clients. Recurring care is invoiced on a weekly basis to retain our dedicated team. All major credit cards, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay are accepted.

A dedicated care team member will be assigned to you. However, should there be a need to have multiple pet sitters on any given assignment due to emergency or scheduling efficiency, your level of service will not suffer. Every team member receives clear instructions – verbal and written – and is thoroughly trained on the care of your pets. You are invited to meet the sitters at any time that is convenient for you prior to or upon completion of service, if you so desire, via teleconference prior to their arrival at your residence.

All of our care team go through a rigorous interview process, including multiple training visits and hands-on practice with our management team. We conduct standard criminal, background, and credit checks. For each new client, one of our project managers attends with the pet sitter, ensuring proper direction and training. For added protection, we are bonded and licensed, protecting both your pets and home while in our care. Finally, we conduct thorough post-visit surveys to ensure continued satisfaction with our services.

For each new client or upon a client’s request, we will meet with you in person to meet your pets and get detailed instructions about their care and the care of your home. This gives you and your pets an opportunity to learn more about our approach to care. It also ensures that your pets are comfortable with us. Meet ‘n Greets are typically less than 20 minutes. We will accommodate your schedule as needed.
